      Graduated with a Bachelor of Medical Science in 2010 at the University of Health Sciences, Graduated from the Department of Tropical Diseases and Epidemiology in 2012 at the Laos Tropical Diseases Hospital and graduated with a masters degree in Epidemiology and Parasitology in 2013 in Limoges, France, Have experience working in hygiene and health promotion, especially for mothers and children.

      Graduated with a Bachelor of Medical Science in 2008 at the University of Health Sciences, Completed post-graduate course in anesthesiology-resuscitation and emergency medicine in 2015 at the post-graduate faculty of the University of Health Sciences. He is a general practitioner with 15 years of experience at Vang Vieng Hospital, Vientiane Province Laos.
